（马来西亚海内外传媒集团记者、国际华文媒体联盟记者、海内外杂志社记者联合报道）2023年11月22日，由中国侨联指导，安徽省委宣传部支持，安徽省侨联主办，黄山市侨联、宣城市侨联、铜陵市侨联承办的“追梦中华·美好安徽”2023海外华文媒体安徽采访行在采访团团长、中国侨联信息传播部左志强部长的带领下走进西溪南村参访，来自马来西亚、加拿大、美国、西班牙、瑞典、德国等12家海外华文媒体代表，以及新华社、中央广播电视总台、人民日报海外版、人民政协报、澳门日报等5家中国主流媒体代表共同参访。安徽省侨联党组成员、秘书长刘红，黄山市侨联主席、市外办党组书记、主任夏建萍，黄山市外办党组成员、副主任、市侨联副主席朱红叶，黄山市外办党组成员、副主任苏新华，安徽省侨联文化宣传部副部长涂世强，安徽省侨联文化宣传部三级调研员张小兰等领导陪同参访。
西溪南村2017年开始美丽乡村建设，入选安徽省首批“特色小镇”。通过全面整治提升，西溪南村借助良好的文化、自然禀赋和区位优势，加大创意产业类招商力度，先后引进艺术设计、书画创作、摄影影视等北上广深沪杭等地各类创意人才85人，建成钓雪园、望山生活、土人学社、梦溪方会设计师交流中心、溪边五五、诗莉莉·慰颜府等近40余处业态，吸引社会资金近2.5亿元。
西溪南镇正在按照“创意小镇，无限未来”、“绿野仙踪西溪南”、“一座与世界对话的小镇”的愿景，以创意产业为支点，为实现乡村振兴的宏伟目标而奋斗。
Xixi’nan village is located in the west of Huizhou District, Huangshan City, close to the Huangshan North railway station, next to Huangshan New Town in the south, well placed geographically. This is a village with a total of 4,785 people in 1,440 households since the Zhihuang Village merged into it in 2008.
It is also known as Fengxi, Fengnan and Xi’nan (names with the same meaning, “on the south bank of the Fengle River”). The village was founded by the Later Tang Dynasty and flourished in the Ming and Qing Dynasties after Five-dynasties period and Song Dynasty, with a history of 1200 years, known as the "richest village in She area". It boasts rich historical and cultural connotations and historical sites, among which the Grand Old Pavilion(Laowu Court) and Lvrao Pavilion are national cultural relics protection units.
Xixi’nan village has been listed in the "Hometown of Bees in China", "Chinese Traditional Villages", "Top 50 Characteristics Towns in China", the first batch of "Nation's Key Rural Tourism Villages" and "National Youth Nature Education Green Camp".
Xixi’nan Village attaches great importance to rural living environment upgrade. It launched the beautiful rural construction in 2017, and the Important Node Demonstration Town Project of Xin'an River Basin in 2020. In 2017, Xixi’nan was listed among the first batch of "Characteristics Towns" in Anhui Province.
Xixi’Nan village started to strengthen its investment attraction in creative industries, taking the advantages of its rich culture heritage, natural resources and geographic location. It has successively introduced 85 creative talents in art design, calligraphy and painting creation, photography, film and TV production, and other industries, from mega-cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou，Shenzhen and Hangzhou. Till now, there are nearly 40 business formats in this village such as Diaoxueyuan Boutique Hotel, Wangshan Life, Turenscape Academy, Mengxi Fanghui Designer Exchange Center, Xibian 55 Cultural and Creative Life Experience Center, Weiyanfu Shilily Cultural Heritage Hotel, etc., which have attracted nearly 250 million yuan of social funds.
Xixi’nan is striving to achieve the grand goal of rural revitalization with the vision of "Creative Town, Infinite Future", "A Verdurous Fairyland" and "A Town in Dialogue with the World”!
